Created using an innovative adaption learned from a traditional ancient recipe. Dark rum is infused for several months with Yorkshires locally grown seasonal berries and currants. Our secret blend of juicy fruits imbue a deep red hue and rich berry and current fruit aroma. We then blend with our white rum to produce a delicate pink tinged premium rum spirit which is both light, yet fruity and complex.
